ABOUT US:
We are a family owned and operated heating and cooling company. We are Eric and Grace Davis and we started Davis HVAC and Home because we believe that every home should feel amazing to the people who live in it. We live in Kansas City with our 4 (wild) boys. When we bought our first house, long before we had kids, we hadn’t planned on buying anything that needed renovation work, but we ended up in a total fixer upper. Pink bathroom, creaky floors, wallpaper (not the good kind) everywhere kind of fixer upper. We ended up really loving working on that house and learned all about renovations and how to make a home a really wonderful place to be. That was 8 years ago and we have fixed up 2 more houses and plan to do more in the future. We realized that we find a lot of joy in helping other people make their houses feel wonderful too and that led us down a path to starting and operating our own company!

We help you prevent damage and expensive repairs with our preventative maintenance tune ups.
